A.Main Responsibilities主要职责: 1. Follow and cascade company policies in the team 落实、并执行公司政策，确保公司政策能够在所负责团队中有效的运作； 2. Assist the section manager, and achieve the target of the team 配合部门经理完成该部门的指标； 3. Supervise the team members daily works; balance the work load of team members, make the project smooth going. 管理所负责团队的工程师、助理的日常工作，合理安排工程师的工作负荷，确保该团队中项目的正常、高效、合理的运行，符合客户和公司的利益。 4. Research & develop the testing method, and train to the engineers 研究、开发新的检测方法、标准，并负责给工程师培训； 5. Provide technical support to sales and marketing to enhance services 为销售，市场部门提供技术支持。 6. Contact with clients to answer or explain clients’ inquires. Handle client complaints mainly on technical issues. 给客户提供技术支持，处理客户的技术投诉。 7. Other duties as instructed. 完成部门经理安排的其他工作。 B.Education, Experience & Language Profile: 教育、经验、外语和其他要求： 1. 教育：Bachelor degree or above, 大学本科以上学历，电气工程、电子信息工程、机械、自动化、机电一体化、制冷等专业 2. 工作经验：Relevant working experience and technical background for 4 years or above. 4年以上检测领域，或相关企业工作经验。 例如：ITE需熟悉IEC60950/60065等标准，LUM需熟悉IEC/EN 60598/61347/62031等标准。 3. 外语：CET-4 4. Be good at computer operation 熟悉计算机，熟练使用办公软件 5. Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧，计划、分析、人际交往和解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神 C. Design and validate new test method and items under the direction of technical management. 在技术管理者的指导下设计和验证新的测试方法和项目。 4. Be responsible for test environment and daily equipment maintenance. 负责监督实验环境及日常的设备维护。 B.
